Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale: Due to the nature of our products (personal care/fragrances), items once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged. Opened or used products cannot be reused or resold.

Sensitivity & Scents: Fragrance is a personal experience. We do not offer returns based on a dislike of a scent profile or individual skin sensitivities. We recommend reviewing the scent notes carefully before purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is incorrect, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Requirements for a Claim:

Unboxing Video: An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the unopened sealed package being opened and the damage/leakage/incorrect item in detail.

Refund And Return Policy
At Real Sniff, your satisfaction is our essence. We ensure that each order is handled with surgical precision and care. However, because our products are high-end personal care items, we maintain a strictly No Refund, No Return policy to ensure the hygiene and integrity of every bottle delivered.
Finality of Sale: Real Sniff is not responsible for any damage once the product has been successfully delivered. All luxury fragrances are sold on a non-returnable basis due to hygiene standards.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim any discrepancy (missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect product), a complete, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must begin with the original, sealed packaging and show the entire process until the defect is revealed.
Strict Claim Window: Any claim for a replacement or refund (only if replacement is unavailable) must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No claims will be entertained after this period.
Damaged on Arrival: If you notice the outer package is tampered with or leaking at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
Non-Delivery Claims: If your order is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, you must contact our concierge team within 48 hours. We cannot initiate investigations or refunds after this window.
Refund Processing: If a refund is approved (in rare cases where a replacement cannot be provided), the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 15 working days.

Real Sniff does not offer refunds or returns on any orders. Once a fragrance is delivered, the sale is considered final.

Due to the nature of perfumery, opened or used bottles cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.
Replacements Only (Strict Criteria)
We only offer replacements in specific cases of logistical error or damage. Refunds are not applicable even in these cases; only an identical replacement will be provided.

Mandatory Verification (The Unboxing Journey)
To protect the brand and the customer, we require absolute proof for any replacement claim.

The Unboxing Video: You must submit a complete, unedited unboxing video.

Video Requirements: The video must start before the outer seal is broken. It must clearly show the shipping label, the intact packaging, and the continuous process of opening the box to reveal the issue.

Strict Deadline: The replacement request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Any request made after this window will be strictly rejected.
Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only permitted within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched.

Once an order is Dispatched or Shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Cancellation Fee: A non-refundable gateway charge of 2.5% will be deducted from all successful cancellation requests.
